Milt Parham came to Astoria Pointe Treatment Center in January of 2008 and brings a wealth of experience with over thirty years in the behavioral healthcare field with most of his attention focused on the treatment of addictions.

Milt's position at Astoria Pointe entails overseeing facility operations including marketing, insurance contracting, intake and admissions along with utilization management. Milt has proven himself in the areas of marketing, business development, intake and intervention. He served on the Governor's Cross-System Crisis Response Task Force in Washington State in 2004-2005.

In his own words, when asked what matters the most in his career, Milt said, "My goals are to provide a safe place for our patients to heal and find recovery."
